The Reading Ranch pricing is based on 4-week sessions. There are 12 sessions each year.
These sessions do not follow a strict monthly cycle. However, they generally adhere closely to the month’s beginning and ending dates.
For the convenience of our clients, we invoice on the 1st of each month. But the first week of the session may begin either before or after the 1st of the month.

March
Closed from March 16th to 22rd for Spring Break – NOT BILLED – *These may vary based on the local school district.
April
Closed Easter Sunday, April 5 – Make-up classes offered.
May
Closed on May 25th for Memorial Day – Make-up classes offered.
June-July
Closed on June 29th thru July 5th. Reopen on July 6th (Not included in the billing)
September
Close on September 7th for Labor Day – Make Up Classes offered.
November
Closed on November 23rd thru November 29th for Thanksgiving. Reopen on Monday November 30th.
December
Closed for Christmas December 21st thru December 27th
Reopen on Monday December 28th.
